Creating PDF Files, Creating a Digital Portfolio in Adobe Acrobat

Portfolio Expectations

Portfolio requirements

Your Portfolio should contain at least:

  • Two digital Photos

  • Two traditional drawings

  • Two traditional paintings

  • Two Digital Paintings

  • Two Digital Illustrations

  • Two Photo Manipulation

  • Two Publishing designs - Print or Web sites

 

You can also look at your portfolio from what classes you have taken:

  • CGA 103

  • CGA 115

  • CGA 120/118

  • CGA 221/218

  • ART 131

  • Art 104

  • Art 105

  • CGA 215

  • CGA 217

  • CGA 216

 

Bring ALL your artwork from all CGA and Art classes to determine what is to be placed in your portfolio.

For each piece of art in your portfolio, you should have a brief description including what software was used to create the art.

February 7th

Submit Art Work for Consideration:

Spring Vanguard, deadline March 19th.  Photos, Illustratrions, designs

  • Community Service/Volunteer Services

  • References available on request

  • Portfolio and references available on request

Resume should have a design look and feel that matches your 5 by 7 cards and business cards.

 

February 21th

Finish your Resumes, Business Cards and Marketing Cards.

Print out at least 25 cards, marketing cards and resumes for the Portfolio Evening.

Prepare all files in PDF format for your CD-ROM

 

February 28th

Bring ALL your artwork from all CGA and Art classes to determine what is to be placed in your portfolio.
