Course Grading

Quizzes:

  • Ten (10) Quizzes (20 Points Each)

200 points

Projects:
Grading for each project is based heavily upon the projects. Projects will be graded based on:
(1) appropriate use of the tools
(2) thoroughness
(3) craftsmanship
(4) artistic presentation

  • Project One = 150 Points

  • Project Two = 150 Points

  • Project Three = 150 Points

Lab Assignments:

If you miss class, points will be deducted from this section because you are not in class to complete the labs.

There are four lab assignment animations that need to be completed this semester. Each lab assignment is worth 50 points each.

20 % or 200 Point

Course Grading Scale

Grading for this class is calculated using a straight forward mathematical formula. You can determine you grade at any time by dividing the number of points earned by the total points. For example, if I have earned 750 points out of 850 total points, the grade would be a 88% or a B+ on the grading scale.
